Kaydee says:Hi Mary — clotted cream, or in England it can be called clouted cream or Devonshire cream. It is a thick, rich, sweet cow’s milk cream — very high fat content. Taste wise — think of it as mix of mascarpone with whipped cream, a little sugar and a touch of vanilla extract. So good! Thanks for asking.
