“Searching for Spring”

Description from Blooming Ideas: Spring seems to be elusive this year. It was another cold gloomy day here in Michigan. A real headache inducer. To cheer me up I started with this title then went looking....the pastels always remind me of the freshness of Spring. Can you believe it...this is my 100th pick.

Sorry spring is still being elusive to your area. Maybe your springy pick will motivate Mother Nature so so she won’t be outdone.

Hey, congrats on your 100th! Really striking pick, and so clearly spring. We’re solidly into the season now–at least the birds and bulbs thinks so. Today, the winds were fierce, and we’re looking at rain for the entire week. Yeah.

We are looking at rain for most of the week too. We need it. I can see my Tulips are starting to make an appearance. The Robins look very prego…. :-D

This Fresh Pick is so pleasing to the eye; so soft. A favorite for sure!

“Me three”…rain/wind all this week starting tonight. We don’t need it at all, but have to trust that the Creator knows what He is doing :)

As I always say (7 months out of the year – bah humbug): “At least it isn’t snow…”

Hi there… this is such a lovely pick. I understand how you feel having come from the north and retiring in the south to evade snow and ice and log winters.

The very first blossom that pops, usually a crocus, is so exciting isn’t it. We are into the azalea stage here in NC. They’re not into full bloom yet, just starting.

If I think of it I’ll take a picture of my favorite one that has deep rose colored blossoms.

    Lovely pick!

What a beautiful pick full of fabulous pastels! So springlike! :D

“They” are also predicting rain here in Indiana all week — started yesterday — and weather changes are my biggest migraine trigger. Sigh.

Congrats on #100! Looking forward to many more lovelies from you! :D

Congrats on your 100th pick, Terri – - and thanks for the Spring inspiration. We are having a blizzard here – - honest. There’s half an inch of ice on the ground and it’s forecasted to have at least 6 inches of snow on top of it be tomorrow morning. Welcome to northern Nebraska !
