“Simone LaMedusa ARRESTED!”

Description from Little Round Chick: Simone LaMedusa, wife of the infamous Simon LeFiligree, was arrested today for trying to smuggle a Top Secret Stash of Shiny Objects into the Fabled Floating Castle. Everything was confiscated except The Most Fabulous Priceless Pearl, The Vanilla Potato. The Shiny Objects had apparently been stolen from the LB Warehouse after the couple had a Big Blowup there. Ms LaMedusa was locked up in the castle dungeon with the only possession she was allowed to keep, The Vanilla Potato. Mr LeFiligree, who was seen driving off in his Purple Huff Rialto Coupe de Elegance, was not available for comment.

Poor Simone! I know she’s bad, but I can’t help feeling a little sorry for her! Having to live with that evil Simon would affect anyone! And after all she’s done for him, he races off like the true coward that he is!!!!

    Nice pick!

aaahhh, Little Round Chick, I’m ROTFLMAO, reading your fab news flash story about Ms LaMedusa’s fight w/ hubby Simon Lefiligree, very fun and creative storytelling! Okay LB, I DO think these fab stories should be collected together into a book of some kind, these are too irresistible not to be shared with many others!!! :)

LRC, this has to be a true classic!!! I love the way you’ve written it as a news report — down to the last detail!!! I am laughing so hard right now (good thing I don’t have to pee!)!!! :D

Love the pick, the story, and the idea of combining these chapters into a book! :D

BTW, I didn’t realize that Simone had kept her maiden name after the wedding. ;)

  8. Little Round Chick
    Little Round Chick says:

She is just too selfish to give up her name. That would be like turning her back on her identity. She shall remain Simone LaMedusa for EVER or until she the story ends, which ever comes first.

Strike that “she” in the last sentence. I have no idea how it slipped in there.

LRC, I’m ROTFLMAO as I read this! Such a great pick, and your news flash comes as no surprise, what with the hulabaloo they caused in the warehouse…

I don’t blame Ms. LaMedusa for keeping her maiden name. It must be difficult enough, having such a controlling husband as Simon. And how cowardly, to leave her at the scene.

No doubt, she is going to pawn that pearl for bail money…. ;-)

  11. Little Round Chick
    Little Round Chick says:

She may pawn his pearl, the Mango Potato, but not her Vanilla Potato. We’ll have to see how high the bail is. She may have to pawn the Filigree Grande Zirconia ring that Simon the Coward gave her.

I definitely don’t see Ms. LaMedusa pawning her Vanilla Potato Pearl. Perhaps the Filigree Grande Zirconia ring….after all, it would mean nothing to her now that they have split.

I also think it was a wise move to retain her maiden name and, hopefully, separate bank accounts. ;)
