Description from Elis Mom: Well, it's been a long, hard, disappointing week. We unexpectedly lost a friend and coworker yesterday after a "simple" surgery. He was young, bright, funny, and a joy to be with. And he was healthy. It's tragic, and makes no sense. It is a reminder to me to not take anything for granted. It also causes me to take pause, and try to determine what is REALLY important in this life, and make changes where they need be.
