Chicky Bear-Tara says:This reminds me of something my mother-in-law told me. She planted watermelon and cantaloupe too close together one year. They got cross pollenated and so, when the melons grew, the cantalope were the size of watermelons and vice versa. She said the cantaloups tasted really yucky, but the watermelon was the best she ever had!
