You have learned several valueable lessons in this life experience. #1 unconditional love, expecting nothing but food lots of hugs and kisses, (and I gotta go potty) #2 You can never replace one life with another. You can fill the void created in your heart with new love of another critter/person. Save the love in your heart from Poco and move on in your intended paths of joy, you will always have that little soul of him with you.

Luv2bead - Little Chick says:Thanks Chicks!!!!! You are so right Faith, no animal or person could EVER replace him. I keep getting more animals and friends but then a new spot forms in my hearts for them, no one is replaced!
He was so special (he even used to howl/sing when people were singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOL).
During his last days he was suffering. We were planning on taking him to the vet, but then one morning (December 18) he was just laying there…barely breathing. I walked down to him, held him, cried a little. Then I went up to eat breakfast…which I wish I hadn’t done…if I’d stayed there just maybe less than 15 more minutes, I’d have been with him til the end. That’s the only part I regret and I wish I could re-live those 15 minutes.
