- I don’t have much a sweet tooth (except chocolate & natural fruit), so not a big sweet potato w/marshmallow person. We had a lunch catered at work about a year ago, the sweet potatoes were savory, with herbs, garlic & onions – oh my gosh! heaven! I’ve tried several times to duplicate at home, getting closer – so so good – ok, again, has little to do with ANYTHING but had to throw it in there.
