OK, I’m not too savvy with all of these alphabets. I know lots of Navy alphabets but the text messaging ones are a mystery. What does BGBM mean? I know what GBHA stands for and BDU and FUBAR(snicker)and SNAFU(snicker, snicker) cause they are Navy.

Of course it does….my late night hour was showing.

Chicky Bear…Definition for salty Navy alphabets…BDU, Battle Dress utilities, FUBAR, “Fouled” up beyond all recognition, SNAFU, Situation normal, all “fouled” up, and I not quit sure of polite way to define GBHA…40 years of living with a sailor tends to give one a colorful way of speaking.

Elaine, this is great pick! Did you find all of these on the BGBM or is this just wishful thinking? LOL :D

Nancy, I worked at an air force base in civil service for many years, so I know what you mean about the language! I already knew what 3 of your abbreviations meant, but I’m still stuck on GBHA…….
