I’ve been using his methods for several years now and you’re right, they really work!
My wonderful hubby always gets me the latest season each year on DVD for Christmas. I sometimes just sit and watch to relax. His personality just puts me in ‘the zone’. I’m so mellow and calm after watching. I think they help my people skills too.
