“The Trunk in Grandma's Attic”

Description from Debbi aka Sparkle Chick: Always a mystery...locked trunks. I envision Grandma's attic to have soft, billowy white lace curtains, so I chose the filigree designs. I think that in the trunk (which would be a treasure chest to a little girl!)is a wedding dress that has aged to a soft creamy color over the years.
Grandma would have kept the first dress she wore when she went on her first outing with Grandpa! In this case, I chose the purple charoite. Modesty was in fashion so a fan would have been part of the ensemble. Perhaps she even saved a flower petal or two from her first bouquet.
There would be a baby blanket or two in pink and blue!
And Grandpa's bowler hat would have been saved too!
