Cuban Queen Crazy Chick says:We’re doing good, thanks. We’re only open on the weekends though because we’re located in a marina and most of our customers are boaters up for the weekend. Today doesn’t look so great for business but tomorrow and Sunday it’s supposed to be in the 80′s and the past few weekends we did great.

But we do enough business during the weekend to make up for the week and we have a deli that’s open 7 days as backup, too. (My husband is a very busy man but somehow manages to spend lots of time with the family which I love about him!)

Cuban Queen Crazy Chick says:Lynn, yeah the deli is also in Kingston (about 7 min. from the Oasis) and yes he does almost all the cooking in both places. We have employees that work in the deli but it is SO, so hard to find good employees that are honest and hard-working.

I’m thinking about working at the restaurant on the weekends though, as long as it’s worth it to pay the babysitter. Well, gotta go, I’m about to drive down to the city. Talk to you tomorrow!
