Mommykat Bubbly Chick says:I am making the stock right now…simmering the turkey off the bones, with some celery onion & carrots! after the meat starts to fall from the bones, I can strip the bones & drain the broth. I refrigerate the broth over night, and seperatly refrigerate the turkey.
Tomorrow, reheat broth after taking layer of fat off, add turkey, add fresh onions, carrots & celery, along w/ some seasoning to taste. after it has cooked all day, I will add egg noodles, and then serve once they are cooked.
