Smoky Rose says:Jane – eyes aren’t what they used to be – what’s the little picuture, is that a dog cuddling with a bunny or kitten?

Jane MS says:That is my dog Logan with my male cat, Guy.I also have two little girl cats, Clare and Sydney.

Smoky Rose says:oh, sweet! big time cat lover, here – do you have any other pix of em?
I’ve got 3 cats – my ‘step-cat’ Rocky – big ol’ tomcat – and my two darling little girls, Baby and Elsa!

Smoky Rose says:Oh, pretty girls! look at those shiny coats. I adopted my Baby from the wild – she was just a tiny kitten, born outdoors – needed kitten milk thru a dropper for 2? weeks. I adopted my Elsa from Stray Cat Blues rescue – poor sweety was abandon at 4 weeks of age – rescued & cared for until approx 8 weeks, when I got her.
Love cats!!!! they’re cool.

Jane MS says:These two were found outside somewhere. They were about six months old when I got them. Sydney, the one in front, is a little rascal. Clare is very shy. it is rewarding just to see her so relaxed in front of us.

Smoky Rose says:I had Baby first. and I’ll tell you, for being an orphaned little girl, she runs the place! she is now nearly 5 – and acts like she’s 5 months old. I kid you not. I adopted her from the wild (born outside my work) just after my 16 year old siblings passed. she was a blessing to me! she was dehydrated, malnourished – and has a seizure disorder requiring medication – so, I was a blessing to her to. Now, little Elsa – not so little, about the size of a racoon! got her to keep Baby young and fiesty. Elsa is pretty unsure of her sister’s intentions most of the time – but at age 2 is starting to come into her own now.

Shannon aka Silly Chick says:LOVE KITTIES!!! Down to one now, Tinkerbell – local shelter, being fostered but not socialized – spent the first week under the sofa…she’s a sweet, but timid girl except when it comes to swatting each dog in the rear as they all go out the back door!!!HA…Great pick and great song!!! Thanks for sharing!

Smoky Rose says:must be something with the timid ones – my youngest Elsa is the same way with swatting the others behinds! then she runs. how different from us are they, really? I’d run if I was a cat and smacked 16lb Rockyboy too!

J Yee smart chick says:love your bright and cheerful colors here, greens are so restful, the reds/pinks/browns contrast well!
love the pics of your kitties and the other “kitty” stories too, I used to have two cats for a long time, both tortoiseshell. my younger was the runt of the litter, I was originally supposed to take her mama, but when I saw “little one” that was it! I saw my older kitty when I went to a bookstore next door to the pet shop she was in, and heard a kitten crying… one look and that was it!
