Description from J Yee smart chick: This week has been both good and not so:
my dad is not doing so well since he came home from rehab, he has been in and out of the ER, not feeling well, and docs can't find anything wrong -
on the plus side, I finally took the test at the temp agency for Word 2007, and retested for OUtlook - did well on the Word test, overall 80%, scored best on basics. I did OK on Outlook, discovered they are still testing w/ Outlook 2003, and I had studied 2007, most companies still use the 2003 version, and are switching over to Word 2007, not the rest of the programs in Office 2007... I also tested on Excel 2003, did poorly but the recruiter says that is the touhest test by far, even those who use Excel every day do poorly -

I have a good friend who went thru a lot of trauma and physical therapy. Just knowing that other people were thinking about him & praying for him was very uplifting and got him through the difficulties. Let your Dad know that us complete strangers are wishing him well!

Due to family circumstances, my youngest brother has been the only one who is able to visit dad regularly and take him back and forth to the
ER, not a sustainable situation for him either, as he works full time.
