Description from Chippy Chick aka Lindys: Since Breezy Chick is celebrating spring in the southern hemisphere, I thought I'd honor the northern hemisphere's arrival of Fall & Winter with "Winter Pansies". Here in the the Philadelphia area everyone is replacing the frosted summer flowers with winter pansies. They are so cheerful with their purples, blues & yellow faces!
