As we know, often the most difficult aspect of doing a Pick can be NAMING it… and then there’s days when I get stuck trying to figure out what in the world I could possibly use for INSPIRATION to do a Pick!!!
I figured with this one, it was a good chance to use some blue beads – I don’t tend to create lotsa Picks with “cooler” blues, although I dearly love blue lace agate and the beautiful blue chalcedony that LB has. I just bought a wonderful strand of chalcedony/blue lace beads that are shaped like long sticks/teardrops and drilled almost thru the center, from one of the vendors at the bead show… now I gotta figure out what to make with those lovely beads!!!
Thanks for the comments about hoping this will be “POD” – LB is sooo smart at getting us to spend $$ w/ the “POD” sale and the awful BGBM aren’t they??? I hope that their moving bead sale won’t be for a few weeks, I have to let my wallet recover from the shopping I did at the bead fest this past Friday!!!
