Description from Fluffy Chick aka Faith: I'm sure some of you are too young to remember the tv show H-R Puffin Stuff. This was one of my kids favorite characters from that show.
She was always getting into trouble and her spells would not always work.
It was a cute show back then. Todays kids would surely think it stupid I suppose.
