caramelized White onions, crisp Red bell peppers, crunchy Green celery, and Browned ground beef, sautéed, simmered in a highly spiced mildly hot tomato sauce and served over nutty multi grain rice! :)
O, and pinto and red kidney beans. And there is white rice for those who want it.
Come on over Chickies! I have a big pot of it!(plus whatever you eat I don’t have to figure out how to put away! :) LOL )
