puppychick labratbecky says:I love agates and I am getting used to some of the dyed ones (although i mostly remain a purist
). I think their weight and clarity, their hardness and sparkle are the things that make these stones so attractive! I met a guy at my craft show last year who collects agates. He has pails full of them. He told his kids those were their inheritance. 
I told him if he ever sold any to find me first!

Linny May says:The 12mm round purple agate are just fabulous as well as the jewel tone mosaic puff coin is just amazing and sooo pretty!! , I’ve been learning how to make relistic looking “stone” out of polymer clay, wile you cant EVER make things are as simply gorgeous as this you can get pretty close exp if you have a buffer to get that shine , i have a few peices of natral stones , they can get a little heavy and a bit pricey when making a long necklass… last month I had a order from a woman who wanted a double strand of Jade , and a braclet of marble and she made a point of sayin how she wanted it to be very defined vaineing in it , well the marble wasent that bad but the Jade would have been quite a bit for what she wanted , so when I told her how much it would be she said never mind… I then sugested that i make her a sample of “faux” Jade and Marble out of polymer clay and she was very skeptical but when i showed it to her she said she coulent belive that it wasent real , i was shocked so i was able to mak her the jewerly for half what it would have been if i used Real stone , and wile i would have LOVED to make it out of real stones but i coulent, so i’m glad i could please her , and glad i learned a new skil of faux stone outta polymer clay
