Personal
My name is Merrye Ann. My husband and I live in Willis, TX — 1hr north of Houston. I’ve always loved gems and jewelry, saw a jewelry school show and I was hooked. That was September 2011.
I work with semi-precious stones and metal beads, and in the last 6 months I’ve added knotting and macrame. I love all forms of jewelry making! I’m branch out into metal working so I can make my own links and connectors — never can find exactly what I need or want! Then on to Kumihimo and wire wrapping and who know what else.
I’ve sold several of my pieces by word of mouth and a couple of custom pieces and plan to start doing craft shows, home shows and set up a web site over the next few months.
I love LimaBeads! This is one of the first websites I found and the most unique. Fun, friendly, creative, interactive!

Wow, Julia! This is outrageously gorgeous! I started doing kumihimo a couple of months ago, and you’re right — it is addicting! I hope you don’t mind if I use your design as a basis for one of mine.

This ensemble is gorgeous! Definitely earrings, and maybe a ring if you have enough stones.
