My name is Kari (pronounced carry) and I am a mom to 2 teenage daughters. My husband and I have been married for more than 20 years. I live in MN.

I’m relatively new to beading. I love bead stitching, stringing and have just moved into metals. Wire wrapping beads is a favorite technique.

I’ve tried a lot of other crafts but designing and making jewelry is the perfect fit for my need to be creative. I like working with colors and textures. I also like wearing the end product, unlike cross-stitch or wood crafts.

It brings me great joy to make jewelry for gifts. I recently am trying my hand at selling online. It’s stiff competition but I remain hopeful I will find my niche somewhere. I’d love to be able to sell enough to support this wonderful hobby.
