Thank you all! Stitching is therapeutic, I think. My background is embroidery, where pieces can take months (if not years). You have to enjoy the process to make it all worthwhile.

I like the variations, particularly the larger magatamas near the center, which give focus to the piece and resemble flowers. Good one!

We have two magnolias, one star and one saucer. They are lovely–until it’s time to clean up the fallen petals!

My favorite is the pendant in your big picture. It looks dramatic and tribal. The other pieces look happy, so that’s good, too.

Love your patinas! The yellow beads are pretty, but I think a cooler color (mint, turquoise) would emphasize the patina pieces.
