I am part mohawk and try to carry on traditions I learned from my grandmother. I am also disabled and beading takes me to a place away from the pain. I like to use natural things in my work. I make dream catchers, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, barrettes. I rarely sell my pieces but give them to people who have touched my heart in some way. I think everyone needs to know they matter.

I absolutely love this necklace. The colors are so wonderful together. I have a 3 year old grand daughter that loves dragonflies and butterflies, and this made me think of her.

A good way to use all of those seed beads that have acumulated in a bead box is to fill small glass candle holders and use as an incense holder! Looks pretty freshens everything.
