My husband of just about 44years and I moved to London 4 years ago in May; our “real” home is a home we designed and built on a lake in northern Minnesota. My husband retired once but as was the way with most pensions in the early-mid 2000′s, ours melted and he went back to work.
I have always done some kind of hand craft from embroidery to counted cross-stitch to quilting to needlepoint and now beading. As I love color and designing with it, this bead addiction has become expensive but I don’t anticipate quitting anytime soon!

Congrats, Becky! Our aspen and paper birch are rapidly turning yellow, soon to start dropping. The berry shrubs (pin cherry, chokecherry and serviceberry) are pretty shades of yellow-orange. Fall has arrived! We are 2+ weeks ahead of you.
She is such a pretty girl! I imagine that she and Miss Dix are having a wonderful time tearing around the starry firmament. The Boys and I send you warm hugs mixed with a few tears and many chuckles for all the funny memories. Be well and take care .. Mxo
