I am a ‘middle aged’ lady living in the UK. Since realising how much I enjoyed beading, which started as a wonderful pastime, I decided I just couldn’t manage to work full time and had to make the life-changing decision whether or not to retire early so I could bead when I wanted or to keep getting up at 7am and fight my way through the traffic to get to office. Well, ladies, no contest really! Beading won and I don’t regret the decision at all. Plus it gives me more time with my two daughters and my two grandchildren – soon to become three grandchildren!! Look forward to chatting to many of you in the future.
