Hi, My name is Lorrie.
I Live in Downingtown, Pa
I have 5 kids (3 special needs foster boys) Ages are 17,17,16,9,& 8! They keep me jumping! I do a lot of advocating for children.
I make my own glass beads, and love working w/ my torch! Someday I hope to have enough money and sales for a kiln, and maybe a small working space that isn’t in my kitchen! LOL
I am taking classes on silversmithing. It is a lot of fun! I have learned how to make pendants, and set stones, and currently I am learning about making rings. I know how to knit & crochet, and currently use these skills with wire.
Craft shows are fun- I can go out and meet new people, and not be ‘Mom’. While I love my kids- they are a round the clock job, and sometimes the break is nice!
I like puzzle games; Sudoku & Mahjong, and enjoy mysteries. I also like to read, although I do not have much time for it.
I am a Brown Belt in Tae Kwon Do although with my shattered ankle cannot take class right now.
Oh, and I Love vampire movies
