Hi I’m Jeanne and I’m an artist who has to work for a living (boo) but still finds time to paint and draw (yea). I live in Carpentersville, Illinois (boo) but work in Chicago (yea). It’s a long commute (boo) but it gives me time to read and design (yea). My husband is from Germany (yea) and we have two monster kitties (yea – sorry they can’t all be boos).

This jewelry making thing has COMPLETELY taken over my life. I only started a few months ago and its been a trip! If only my drawings would sell like my jewelry (but then again I would have to finish something!!!) HMMM – maybe that’s why I like the beads so much – INSTANT GRATIFICATION!!! Ha!!

    Thanks ladies – I miss my mom when I’m sick. She’d make me grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. Right now, making anything to eat does not seem to be worth the effort. (Even though I’m sitting here clacking away on the computer!!!) I miss mom!!
