So Far Keeping the numbers fairly low with diet and exercise. surprising how much weight you can loose on a low carb diet with no real sugar.
Work for a Conservation District in Washington State.

LE – I think I know which one it was – remember 3 years ago we said we got so desperate that we even looked in a certian area? Then last year they got us and actually put one there? Well they did again. But really it a duh area to look anyway.

LB used to have a few round crystal beads (hint LB need more) but they were a special purchase. So, yes there are only rondelle’s left in cyystal beads now. -
