Personal

Hi, my name is Bree, I’m an aussie, new to beading. I love camping, cooking, gardening, board games, Survivor, nature, rainy days and most recently beading. I care about our environment and animal welfare (am a vegetarian). My lovely partner, Brendan (a full on carnivore) and I are engaged, we are like chalk and cheese but some how it works. I have an addictive personality…. chocolate, beading, this web site, good food and wine, Mahjong tiles (computer card game)…wish I could get addicted to exercise and healthy living but that hasn’t happened so far. I talk a lot too… lol. Hope to get to know you all, happy beading!!!

    Hi, Bree!

Regarding the Infamous Peach Pits — LOL — the only place I’ve seen them has been for free in the Big Green Beading Machine. I wish LB carried wooden beads, because I love using them! :D I was able to put them in my pick by finding them in another pick & selecting them from it. I put them in Elaine’s birthday pick because we joke about them all the time & she actually designed a really cool necklace with them!!! :D

    Chicky hugs,
    Lynn

    Hi, Bree,
The place to look for Sterling Silver is http://www.firemountaingems.com! You can also try Rings & Things, but I’d try fire mountain first.. Hope that helps, if you have any other questions, I’ll try to answer. Oh, You should pick up a beading mag. called Step by Step beads, they always give really good diagrams, 7 info, that pertains to beginners. I recommend it to my students!!!!
    Hugs & good luck,
    Anita

    Hello Breezy,
Wow your from a long way off! I’m sort of a newer beader too. Been dabbling in crafts for years but just kind of got into beads then more into wire which I really like. There are so many really talented people here! I’ve never joined a group before so this is a first for me (I get lost a lot!:)) So happy to have you as a friend!
