  • This is very pretty. Did you create the cuff skeleton too? If so, what gauge wire did you use?

  • My condolences on your loss. I just went through same thing in March when my dog, Buffy (also a rescue) died of heart failure. Also very quickly. Hang in there, I know it’s hard. You gave her a good life. She was right where she needed to be at the end, with you.
    Hugs,
    Yvette

  • Wow!
Thanks for the tip about the spray varnish. I love the look of copper but have steered away from using because I didn’t want to turn green.
This is a breathtaking piece. And I love how it already looks antique. Very cool.

  • Thanks!
My sister’s wedding was in these shades. She had purple irises and ferns on the tables. She wore creamy antique white. The maids wore dresses in a shade just like that rosy white ocean jasper. • scrumptious in every way! I like the way you included reds with an orange tone to them. They look like sour cherries.

  • Wow! Did you do those lampwork beads?
Why did you decide to put the bead caps on only one side of the agates? I like it – I think if you had used 2, the effect of the aqua color would have been lessened. But I just wondered what your thought process was.

  • A great place to see the manatees is in Blue Springs Park near Daytona in Florida. We went there for the first time this February and it was a treat.
Your pick here really captures the experience of “meeting” the manatees for me that day.
    Nice!
