  • My condolences on your loss. I just went through same thing in March when my dog, Buffy (also a rescue) died of heart failure. Also very quickly. Hang in there, I know it’s hard. You gave her a good life. She was right where she needed to be at the end, with you.

    Thanks for the tip about the spray varnish. I love the look of copper but have steered away from using because I didn’t want to turn green.

  • Wow! Did you do those lampwork beads?
    Why did you decide to put the bead caps on only one side of the agates? I like it – I think if you had used 2, the effect of the aqua color would have been lessened. But I just wondered what your thought process was.

  • A great place to see the manatees is in Blue Springs Park near Daytona in Florida. We went there for the first time this February and it was a treat.
    Your pick here really captures the experience of “meeting” the manatees for me that day.
