I have always been creative doing a wide variety of hand sewing, knitting, crochette, etc. Having recently been divorced and diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I am now at home on permanent disability looking for things to keep me active and looking for new friends who I can “talk” to at all the strange times of day that I’m awake. My “in person” friends have drifted away now that I am in need of the return favors that I have generously given over the years. I have purchased beads for individual gifts/projects, but have now found the need to create inventory for my future. I started with custom Victorian Style Lampshades and purchased a wide variety of Vintage Beads to custom create the bead work as well as the shade. After looking at this site for the past few months, I finally got the courage to post some of my work. I can’t wait to read the feedback because I wonder how my designs and bead choices will be received. I am also hoping to get advice about the best ways to sell my creations so that I have a little extra spending money to enjoy life with my boys. Most of the jewelry I have seen uses lots of crystals, but I like to use a wide variety of beads. I actually found this site looking for settings for my loose cabs. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
