I have been making jewelry for about 6 years. In addition to jewelry making I am an avid cross-stitcher. Making things with my hands is very soothing and helps me to unwind after my work day. I am always on the lookout for new ideas, color combinations, and inspiration.

I have my degree in Clinical Psychology and by day I am a therapist/care manager for an insurance company. I spend my days on the phone assisting people who struggle with mental illness, physical ailments, and everything in between find resources and gain access to needed services. Beading and anything crafty helps me to relax after a long day.

I have been happily married for 3 yrs (although all together we have been together for 10yrs) and have two wonderful furry, four legged children. I have 2 neices and a nephew – one of my neices and my nephew live close by so I see them often – and my nephew is becoming quite the budding jewelry maker himself.
