I’ve done pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin soup and even pumpkin bread, but I’ve never played with the seeds. Thanks for the culinary inspiration.

One of my most favorite parts of carving pumpkins is digging out all the slimy, gooey, gunky pumpkin guts. I also like to eat the toasted seeds, never thought to put spices on them though. cool -@ (its a pumpkin)
