The Monster Cookies -- are these bar cookies or drop cookies or roll-in-ball cookies? What is the expected yield?
Thanks!

Congrats Bonnie R. on your ginger cookie win! ...and you too, Eeka Mouse, for your lemon shortbread. They both sound great, but the one that was irrestible for me to try was the Elf Keepers by cHim-Prints. They are delicious. I will take those to our family christmas gathering.
I thought we would see the results of the top 5. Who were they?
How did the No-bake fudgy cookies come out? Did you bake them and did they "set" okay?
The contest was fun! Let's do it again.

3/4 cup. thats 1 stick plus a half a stick of butter. if you don't have the pre-minced candied ginger, just chop some other type of canndied ginger really fine. Or not depending on how much spice you like.

I haven't seen a recipe for Monster Cookies since I visited a kibbutz called Yiftah back in the 80's.A girl called Alison sent home for the recipe, which was delicious.
