Fresh Pick Comments and more!

Commenting on Fresh Picks
Today is the official launch of Fresh Pick Comments. When you’re browsing any of the Fresh Picks on Lima Beads, you can add your comments and questions at the bottom of the page. Already we’ve seen conversations flourish about design ideas, color usage, our pets, the weather, and just about everything else! You can even upload pics of finished jewelry that was inspired by the Fresh Pick. To quickly browse all the conversations, just click the Fresh Pick Chat topic on the right side here in the blog. Or, follow along under “Recent Chatter” on the main Fresh Picks page. We hope you like it!
New Snapshots page
With our growing collection of Fresh Picks (thanks to YOU!), we knew we needed a better Snapshots page to browse the picks. We’ve organized it with tabs to make it easy to see the latest picks from the past few weeks. And we added the “Who’s Picking” area to feature the designers that create all these great ideas! Check it out, and let us know what you think!
For the designers
If you’re one of the many creative customers that design your own Fresh Picks, there’s something for you, too. You can now enter descriptions of your picks to share the inspiration and ideas behind them. Just go to your My Fresh Picks page, scroll down to the pick you want to describe, and click “Describe this pick.” We’d love to hear the stories behind your designs!

Kevin says:beadaholchick- They definitely will. The next installment will be on this coming Wednesday. In the near future, we’ll be changing those as well. We plan to choose the 20 or 30 fresh picks that have been getting the most traffic and then have everyone vote on them to determine the actual favorites. We think it’ll be more fun that way.

The longer I stay on here I’m going to end up buried in all the beads I’ve got because I’m always wanting more, they are all beautiful. Great Job is right, I love to see other peoples creations.

Bead-itudes says:Been reading the chatter about Lima having a gallery added to the site. I am a fan of galleries. I love to see what others are doing. I wondered when Lima opened up the fresh picks to customers to help pick - when the gallery would follow.
I have several necklaces made with beads I purchased at Lima - but could not figure out a way to get them on here. Tryed copy and paste - that didn’t work.
Oh well - I’ll wait for the gallery page.
