And The Winners Are…

Although no one guessed the exact number of strands in the bin, there were a lot of you that were very close. The correct number of strands in the bin was 592. Now, let’s see who the winners are!
First Place: Brandy B with 591
The winner of the $25 Lima Beads Gift Certificate and the “Crystal Cavern” Geode is Brandy B! She was only one strand away from the correct answer! Congratulations Brandy B!
Second Place: Chiska C with 582
There were a couple of beaders who guessed 582 strands, but Chiska C was the first. Chiska C. will be receiving a $15 Lima Beads Gift Certificate and the poppy jasper gemstone fish. Congrats Chiska C!
Third Place: D Hogan, also with 582!
The race for the third place prize was our most competitive… and confusing! After flipping through the rule book a few times, D Hogan claims the third place prize because he or she had the second guess of 582. As it states in the rules, if there is a tie, the person that guessed it first, wins! D Hogan gets the awesome red jasper owl.
Thank you to everyone that guessed. We had a ton of fun with this contest and we hope that you did too. You can look forward to more fun contests like this in the future.
