Mary S AKA Sweet Chick says:And good Morning to you Little Chick!!
Last years little chicks are adorable!!
I just stopped by my cousins house yesterday and they just got 6 baby Rhode Island Reds. They’re like PETS cause they’re so tame!! They’re 2 little kids carry them around like pupppies and kittens. And the ckicks seem to totally enjoy the attention.
Sigh. I think I’m getting a sign. It’s time to get chickens. Just not sure I want to add more work to my schedule. Seeing your pic and my cousins chicks is really tempting me!!!
We’ll see.

Elaine aka Belly Chick says:Aawwww….so cute! I like the ones with the brown coloring on them; I don’t remember seeing chicks with those colors before (and I did grow up on a farm). A very pretty pick for some cute chicks!

Luv2bead - Little Chick says:Thanks! Sweet Chick, you should really get chickens! They’re fun to watch and provide you with plenty of eggs! Belly Chick, the brown chicks (one’s a rooster & one’s a hen now) are really pretty. The hen is pretty small and she lays tiny eggs! Here’s a picture of Ginger & Paprika (lay green eggs)!

Mary S AKA Sweet Chick says:AAWWW! Sweet!!
How’s that rooster working out for ya? Is he a well behaved rooster or has he started getting mean? Sometimes they can get kinda protective of their hens.

Luv2bead - Little Chick says:Yep! Well, he’s ok! But he sometimes does attack me! (but he’s a fairly small rooster)!
