I wasn’t a member at the time you bought your house…but reading your description & the honey do list…I know by now this has all been accomplished! Nothing like owning your home, alot of work but worth it! How’s the garden,can you post some pics? When I’m not beading, I’m in the garden or on your website! So many pick ideas come from the garden! Anyway, Congrats on your “new” home!

Congrats on your new home! My husband and I just built our first home last summer! Wow its a lot of work, but well worth it! We’re still not finished, but having a good time! LOL My husband is very handy with everything,(he amazes me!) so we are able to do a lot of the work ourselves! Best wishes to you both!!! We now consider ourselves home after living in 3 different places! And you will too!

Hey Matt! congratulations and lots of luck! You will only have one first home, they are special!
My advice: Remember ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’? “Pick one room
and make it yours.
Go slowly through the house.
Be polite, introduce yourself,
so it can introduce itself
to you.”
Or, power tools, fertilizer and TLC should do the trick!
