First Come, First Served!

You’re probably aware of this, but we’re in the process of moving to a new office on the other side of town. While we’re anxious to get into a brand new space, we’re more than a little frightened by the idea of moving every single strand of beads that we have on our shelves.
We’re also coming across a few hanks of beads that, for some reason, were never put on the site. You see, they’re all beautiful stones, it’s just there aren’t very many of them. In fact, for one of the products below, we were only able to find 5 strands!
Also, there’s a good chance that we’ll never be able to re-order these products, so we just want to get rid of them. The last thing we want to do is add a bunch of beads to the site that we may never get back in stock. The less we have on our shelves, the less we have to move.
Before you add these deals to your shopping bag, you should know that all of these items are FINAL SALE. So take a good look at the photos! If you like what you see, we’re confident that you’ll love the beads.
As we find more and more of these “orphaned” beads, we’re going to post them here on the blog. Here are a few more guidelines to read over before you place your orders:
- There are extremely limited quantities of these items, in some cases we have only 5 available. The items are not secured until you place your order and complete the transaction. If they sell out before you’re able to do that, the items will be removed from your cart.
- These items are all FINAL SALE. We won’t be able to accept returns on them, because the point is to get them out of here!
- The items will be available in this post until they sell out.

Shoot! Oh, well, I still ordered some other beads to make the total $40.

To all of those who missed out, I’m sorry. We really did have small quantities (from 5 strands to 40 strands) of these items.
We will be doing more of these first come, first served specials as we begin to clear out our old warehouse. We’ll be mixing up the days and times to make sure that everyone (including our Aussie customers) gets a crack at them.

Happy Grannie says:I lost also although I didn’t really rush as I should have. Is it possible to put a restriction on the number of strands each shopper can buiy? That way more people might have a chance to pick up some goodies. Just a thought. I can see that, from your point of view, it’s better to sell out quickly and be sure of unloading all the beads you don’t want to move. However, judging from the response here, I don’t think there’s much danger of NOT selling your beads. Many thanks for all the fun LB generates.

J Yee smart chick says:I too wanted to say a big “Thank you” to the note from Kevin regarding staggering days and times when you annouce future bead deals like the above. Although I do live in the U.S. I do know many customers live outside, from Australia to Norway, Canada and elsewhere.
My sympathies chickies to everyone who didn’t manage to get some of these beauties… I just ordered one strand of the gold coral stix and ocean jasper cuz I didn’t have much $$ left… appreciate the comment about possibly limiting how many of a particular item we can buy so as many folks have a chance, makes sense to me!
