Dear LB folks,

I’m very glad to hear that your big move to your new office space went OK. I’m writing again to thank you all for getting orders of items we ordered during the big bead sale shipped out so promptly, I received my order a few days ago and as usual figure you guys must put rockets on each package, as they arrived so quickly!!! Everything I ordered was packed so nicely as usual, looking forward to seeing what you’ll be offering in future!

SweetPea, thanks for your compliments! We really appreciate it…

Cuban Queen, we see that the sale items are really popular! It really all comes down to whether or not we can get those items in normal quantities from our suppliers (and if they’ll agree to keep sending them to us over time so we can keep them stocked).

Regarding sterling and other new products. We can’t say much about the future! But I can tell you that it’s definitely in our plans to get “heavier” into metal

Fashion Chick, thanks for your feedback. We’re always looking to improve. Free gifts are hard because of shipping issues… but it’s good to know that people value the Fresh Pick Sale, so we’ll always look for ways to improve on it in the future.
