Luna Chick aka Coral says:Sorry about your pie crust misadventure. I love to bake and have made some awesome and gorgeous cakes (from scratch) in the past. However, I have never conquered homemade pie crusts! It is definitely an art. Great pick.

foxhill designs vt says:Thanks all! I think I will try pie crust again with a different recipe in the future. The upside to last night’s debacle is the sugar and cinnamon rolls (three crusts worth) are super yummy.

puppychick labratbecky says:Those are my 5 fave earthenwood pieces!! LOVE THIS!!! My mom taught me pie crusts when I was a kid but the very first time she had me try it without her. Can you say cement? Silly mom thought I would actually READ the directions. Try ice water and only mix 2/3 of the flour in until the end. Then add the rest. Beyond this, I suck at cooking.
btw, this went straight to the faves!!!
