Description from Helen G aka tea chick: plums are in season again- time for one of my favorite summer recipes: Ina Garten's plum tart (check Food Network web site for recipe). No pastry rolling! the brown sugar/nut shortbread crust presses in the pan and then crumbles on top- easy and good!
