OMG! Where do you live? You poor thing. It is raining here now we are supposed to get thunderstorms tonight. Love the pick though.

I live near Denver, and it’s pretty normal for us to get snowstorms in the spring- March and April are our snowiest months- but not so much in January or February. The nice thing is that it usually clears up the next day, and bright sun comes out and melts everything quickly- no long periods of gray skies and gray snow!

Thank-goodness for quick meltdowns. We get most of our snow in January and February. By march it onlylasts a day or two. Sometimes in april but it is not the norm.

Denver eh? Well, LOVE the shading of blues you have in this one, from translucent blues, to gentle light blues and silvers. :D 8O
We have had a week up in the Pacific NW of some cool mornings and days w/ rain, gray skies, then switching to some fantastic sunshine, pretty normal for this time of year.

I heard Denver got snow. I will have to look you up when I get up there along with Chickie Cotapaxie Sue! I think there are a couple of other chicks up your way. My good friend in Parker said schools were cancelled. Hope it all melts fast for you Helen :)

    Thanks everyone!
The county closed our schools early- everyone really got caught with their pants down, none of the weather predictions said snow, just rain, so there are no plows out or anything. Emma came home and she and Amanda are playing with trains and we made some cookies, so all in all a rather fun afternoon! It’s stopped snowing now and it will probably be gone by tomorrow- that’s the great thing about Denver area weather!
