Raindrops of Spring Earrings

Using the Vintaj Spring Rain Earring Kit and some Vintaj Patinas, I made a pair of simple earrings that put you in mind of a gentle, rainy spring day.

First, I attached my Metal Primrose Stencils to the Arte Metal French Ear Wires with a chain of 3 Arte Metal Jump Rings.
Next, I cut 3 different lengths of Antique Silver (plated) Tiny Rollo Chain for each earring.
Then, I left two chain sections alone; used the Jade from the Vintaj Weathered Copper Patina Kit on two chain sections; and used the Onyx from the Vintaj Retro Highway Patina Kit on the last two chain sections. To patina the chain, I dragged the sections through the inks then wiped them down quickly. I finished them by using the reliefing block so only a bit of the inks were left to accent the chain.
I also used the Jade and Verdigris Inks to color all of my headpins.
Next, using my awesome patinated headpins, I made little dangle raindrops with the labradorite and luster blue crystals from the kit. I attached each drop to the chain with a simple loop.
Finally, I added one little raindrop to the Arte Metal Earwire to finish the piece.
