These earrings are inspired by a pair that I remember my mom wearing when I was growing up. I just took that picture in my head and put it on a longer embellished earwire. Using the Nunn design glass domes is a quick and easy way to make a focal. I love how the purple dome with the gold creates an antique appearance--that can probably be said for any combinations you choose with the colored domes and Nunn Design mini Ornate Oval Bezel Pendants.

Supplies you’ll need:

  • 2 glass domes to fit inside bezel
  • 2 bezels
  • 2 ear wires
  • some seed beads
  • Lima Studios Crystal Clear 5-Minute Epoxy

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1

Mix Lima Studios Crystal Clear 5-Minute Epoxy.

Step 2

Place a small drop of Lima Studios Crystal Clear 5-Minute Epoxy into bezel, and press the glass dome into the bezel until the epoxy sets (about 5 minutes).

Step 3

String a few seed beads onto the earwire.

Step 4

Attach the charm.

Step 5

Once the charm is attached, pinch together the loop to keep the charm from falling off.

Step 6

Pull up a few seed beads and apply epoxy onto the ear wire then slide the seed beads back down into place.
