Copper Trio
About this design:
I needed to practice doing bezels so I grabbed apiece of copper, etched it and went to work making the bezel for the Blue Agate stone. It looked so plain that I added some embellishments. Then I decided it really needed earrings.
Components:
Copper, silver bezel wire,blue agate stone,copper wireRead the comments (or add your own)

C Strecker says:For expense sake, when you are first learning soldering DON’T use silver. It is very expense now so unless you have an endless pocket, start out using copper or brass. Copper is easy to use and a great medium to work. I suggest you check out some tutorial on YouTube or alot of the jewelry website have tutorials that show you how to get a start. I do not use a soldering iron – I use an oxy/propane torch system. I do have some micro torches that I use for small jobs but they don’t get hot enough to do much other than very simple soldering. Your best bet is use the internet resources! I have learned much thru these sites. good luck and let me know how you do. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions!
