Leather & Pewter
About this design:
Commissioned bracelet for a friend. First time working with 3mm leather cord posed some challenges. Cord was thick enough to make holes in the ends and wire them. We were both happy with the outcome.
Components:
3mm natural dyed leather cord, antique silver pewter beads and findings, Bali silver charm, silver findings, antique silver clasp, silvered glass, titanium colored wire, chainAdditional Images:

D D Mystic Chick says:Thanks E. Carpenter! I hammered the point of a small awl through the leather cord about 1/8″ in from the end. It made a very small hole, just large enough for the 24 gauge wire to thread through. The 3mm leather cord is thick enough to probably not tear with normal wearing.
