Blue Sky Turquoise necklace


About this design:

A mixed media necklace in turquoise and brown colors made with silk ribbon, wood beads, Turquoise nuggets and squares, an Impression Jasper pendant, oxidized silver beads and this lovely big Shibuichi clasp as a focal. This is my first silk ribbon necklace. I like the result and hope you do too!?

Components:

Turquoise, Wood beads, Impression Jasper, silk ribbon, oxidized silver, Shibuichi toggle clasp, SP toggle, beading wire, silver wire, crimp beads.

    I love how the silk ribbon contrasts with the weight of the stones on the opposite side. I personally think the necklace would look to heavy if it was symetrical. And I love this colour combo.
