Wrought Iron Rose

About this design:

I picked up the chain with the rose accents several years ago and then I found the large metal rose links and I just had to put the two together. I added copper jumprings at the links between the large roses and chain which to me looks like thorns and added a nice accent

Components:

Silver tone chain with small rose links, large rose connector links, Copper & antique silver jumprings, mixed metal chains

I really, really like this set!
Roses and lots of mixed metals, feminine but not girlie. I’d wear it in a heart beat. Excellent design!

Had to enlarge the bracelet to see the copper and mixed metal chains. Glad I did! They really balance out the feminine feel with a modern twist.

This is a really unique necklace. The metals go so well together, and the copper jumprings do look like thorns. It is a great design!

I keep coming back to this one, liking it more & more. As Mary S said, it’s feminine but not girlie. (Maybe what a lady blacksmith would make for herself, to wear on nights out on the town?).

Coming up with designs like this is a good justification for the hording that goes on in our stashes… something will just hang around waiting for the right complimentary piece to come along… and then.. SHAZAM!
