"Blood From a Stone"
About this design:
Red Spinel! What can I say? I just love these little stones.
I've had them for a while now,and just purchased some big juicy Quartz Crystals.Decided they were meant for each other. I think the Spinels look so pretty, as they move around the Quartz pendant. I did simple loops and stacked them on jump rings,so they would have movement.
Components:
Tiny Red Spinel,Clear Quartz Crystal,SS ball headpins (28G), SP headpin 20G,SP Daisy spacers,SS chain and bail.Additional Images:

Nancy Mc says:Thank you L.R.C. I’ve just seen a listing for some raw multi colored Spinel. They look delish! I wonder how many people have been “fooled” into buying it for Ruby. I read that it happened in one of the crown Jewels..ha ha! I’m not sure if my Quartz is natural or Lab. It’s far too clear for natural I think. No matter..I love the facets.
